Watched issue disappear from dashboard gadget when Note is added

I have added a new field to my thickets 'Note'.  When new 'Notes' are added to existing tickets they disappear from my 'Watched Issues' gadgets on my dashboard.  If I create a new ticket and put a note in when created, the ticket will display properly.

Hi @Scott Seyforth and welcome,

it's weird. Please verify that there are not some automation that perform that action on ticket update.

  • Fabio, it is very weird. But we don't use any automation.
