Hi
In my jira we have Task that connect to User story with link of "causes".
I try to create a gantt which present all the user stories and in each user story all the tasks that connect to him with causes link. but I dont have the option of "causes" in the link list.
Do you know how can I do that?
Thanks
Hi @Noa Tsruya
Thank you for using our app!
I see other custom issue linking types in the drop down in the screenshot. So I assume that the app is reading the custom issue linking as expected.
Is it possible to share the screenshot of Issue linking page?
Cog icon > "Issue" > "Issue linking"
Is there "causes" link listed?
Hi the screenshot is from the issue linking, and there is no option of causes in the list..

Hi @Noa Tsruya
Thank you for your reply!
Sorry I was not clear.
The screen shot on your post is from "Apps" > "Issue" under WBS GANTT-CHART > "Edit"
Issue linking I was meaning is the screen like below.
These issue links from Jira should reflect to the app issue linking dropdown.
Could you check Jira issue linking?

Hey @Noa Tsruya , thanks for your question.
I just checked one of my test instances and the issue linking type of "causes" is a custom issue linking type.
It seems you need to modify the app configuration of Wbs Gantt so it knows to include issues that are related in this way. Please see the product documentation for help with this https://docs.ricksoft-inc.com/wbs-gantt-chart-for-jira-cloud/how-to-convert-app-s-own-data-to-jira-issue-link-f
I hope this helps you.
Best wishes
