WBS Gannt-Chart上でタスクの日時フィールドを変更しても、タスク内部の日時フィールドが変更されない/

 When the date field of a task is changed on WBS Gannt-Chart, the internal date field of the task is not changed.

WBS Gannt-Chartが独自に持っているフィールドと、タスク内部が持っている日時フィールドが異なることが原因だと考えています。（Fig.1/2）/

I think that the fields that WBS Gannt-Chart has on its own are different from the fields that the task internals have.

Can you please tell me how to change the settings in the red frame section of Fig.1/2?

（※Fig.3 seems to indicate that changes can be made.）

Welcome to Atlassian Community! My name is Alessandro and on behalf of the Ricksoft Support Team, we thank you for using our app.

As for your question - your understanding is correct; The fields mapped on your WBS Gantt-Chart need to be changed.
Since that modification is done Globally (for all Gantt charts on your Jira), the screen you shared only displays the current configuration.

To modify it, you need to be a Jira Administrator, then click on the Admin Cog (right corner of your Jira's Top Navigation bar) > Apps

Then, go to Issue (under WBS Gantt-Chart section), and click the Edit button at the top right corner of the configuration panel.

Select the corresponding fields on the settings Panel and click Update to save the changes:

Once this setting is done, WBS Gantt-Chart will start using the fields selected to display data and modify your issue information.

I have an additional question.

After making the following changes, will the "WBS Gantt Chart Date and Time field" be deleted?

(1) Change the "WBS Gantt Chart date/time field" to "JIRA date/time field".

(2) Restore the settings in (1) above.

I would like to know if it is possible to change the settings back to the way they were before the change.

As for your questions:

(1) Change the "WBS Gantt Chart date/time field" to "JIRA date/time field".

The data in the old fields will be preserved. Just remember that since they are Jira Custom Fields, users are still able to update them manually outside the app if the field is still available on the Screen.

(2) Restore the settings in (1) above.

To revert the settings, all you have to do is repeat the process above and select the field used previously in the WBS Gantt-chart's Issues settings.
