Visibility of who has read Comments posted on a User Story

Is there an option to see who has read comments that have been posted in a User Story?

I am @mentioning people to alert them - generally asking questions, but I do not appear to be able to see if they have actually read the question that I posted in the Comment.

Any suggestions?
