View list of Comments attached to a project

I am trying to return a list of all comments added to each issue in a project but I'm not seeing any option to get this. I was able to add a column to show the comments attached to each action item in the list view however this does not meet the requirements from the business. The preferred view would be to actually show the comments at a glance without having the user click back and forth. Is this possible?

Jira does not natively support showing the details of all comments per issue in the List views. The comment details are available only by drilling into the individual issue.

If there was a third party app that would enable to you see the comments as part of a list of issues, would your company be open to considering that?

I am willing to explore third party app options. Any suggestions on what can be employed to accomplish this?

Looking in the Atlassian Marketplace I did not readily find any apps that specifically show comments in the issue search or List views.

You may need to look at the custom reporting apps.

I'm not sure that there is a solution available that will give you the Jira issue list with all issue comments within the Jira Cloud UI.
