I tried to import issues set up in a csv file in Jira and get an Access Denied error. I am not sure if it's the way my user account is set up, or if my organization's version of Jira does not support this feature. Does anyone have guidance on this?

It should work as specified in the following documentation page if you're a Jira Admin. Regular users don't have the ability.
