Verification mail is not being sent to my team

Hello team

I m having issues with my Jira account. I am the admin and when I try to add or send verification email so my team can join into Jira, they do not receive any email verification and I cannot add more team members.

We are 5 team member, 2 of them does not get the verification email and myself (admin) cannot add more team members.

I took a closer look at your site, at least one account had the following response from the SMTP server:

Please try 550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or 550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces. Learn more at 550 5.1.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=NoSuchUser iz9-20020a170902ef8900b001a51c3404e0si4950591plb.337 - gsmtp

This same account had a suppression removed from it 4 days ago, and the prior bounce message was the same.  I would check to make sure that you have the correct spelling of that account, as a single typo in the address would generate this error.

I have also removed all the suppressions from your domain, but I didn't find any other accounts that explicitly had a SMTP bounce message recently.
