Hi,
One of our employees is not receiving the verification email despite multiple attempts from the admin side to resend the invite - [redacted]
Could you please assist in checking if there are suppression. We have checked and verified that the email id is active, working and is able to both send and receive emails.
Suppose, there is something we need to do, kindly do update.
Thanks.
I found the following error in our logs when trying to send to your address:
421 4.4.0 [internal] no mail servers for this domain could be reached at this time
This is the response we are seeing when trying to send to your address. I recommend reaching out to your mail administrator, as I expect this will require them to investigate this further.
@Andy Heinzer, Thanks for letting me know the error, yes, on investigation I see, that the MX records were missing, which I assume is because of a recent migration. I have fixed the same, and can see the same post DNS propagation.
Would it be possible for you to see, if any suppression has been applied at Atlassian servers, and if yes, can they be removed please, and I'll try resending the invites? Please advise.
Thanks

Hi @alethiclogic ,
could you please elaborate on what "verification" is referring to here? Does the user get any sort of email? For example, if they are assigned an issue did they receive an email? Maybe the user is not able to receive the invitation email?

Hi @Jack Brickey , Yes,
If it helps, The mail is a corporate mail.
Another user had received the invite successfully a month back, within the same domain, so exactly not sure, what could the issue be.
