We have completed a sprint yesterday and after sprint completion when we checked the velocity chart, it shows commitment as zero

Need guidance to understand what we have done wrong

Hi @Varsha Gupta !

The commitment column on the velocity chart shows the total estimate of all issues in the sprint when the sprint begins.

There are a couple of cases I can think of for why it would be showing zero on a completed sprint:

  1. There were no issues in the sprint when it began, and all issues were brought into the sprint after it was started.
  2. There were no estimates on the issues in the sprint when it began, and the estimates were added to the issues after the sprint started.

I would start by looking into those scenarios.

Hope this helps!
