Hi all, I am building a service desk project where people can request supplies for their trips. Supplies that will be returned. So when they request I want to know if I can have a custom field that pulls from somewhere else (excel, SharePoint List, other projects on jira) to show the amount of items we have. I would also like them to fill in how many they would like on a different field. When the request is approved I’d like the inventory list to be updated based on the amount requested in the second field. Is this possible?
