Using a select list conversion in Service Desk

Hello,

We are trying to create a custom field and use a select list conversion behavior to connect it to a REST endpoint.  The field works properly on the edit screen of an issue in JIRA, but we also want it to work on service desk.  Unfortunately, on SD it is treated as just a text field (seems like the behavior is not even triggering).

Any advice?

No we have no behaviours support for JSD at the moment - https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/browse/SRJIRA-728
