Using Xporter to export data from a Rich Text field

Deleted user June 16, 2022 edited

Hopefully this is an easy one, as I'm just a beginner using Jira.

I have and issue (BUG), and one of the fields on it is a rich field. Here is an example:

When I use Xporter to export the issue to a Word Doc or PDF I see the "non-rich text" version of this data.  For example:

What needs to be done to have this show up in Word or PDF as rich text?  Does it need to be done in Jira by our Jira guru (I'm just a project Admin),  OR in my template, OR my Jira issue(aka my bug report), OR in Word/PDF some how?
Looking for any pointers and I'm grateful for any help!
