ServiceNow Create Jira Issue REST API sends a valid user_name to Jira but the created issue assignee field does not update to the valid user_name passed in the REST API.
I have had this working in the past but seems as if has stopped working. Is there a system log on Jira side I can check for issue created and assignee value.
