I have built a report and uploaded it to the Xporter Templates. Xporter is enabled for all projects and users. I have a reporter and an assignee both unable to download their individual one-issue report. Others on my team can download single and multiple issue reports with no issue.
One team member selects Export and gets nothing.
Another team member selects, Export, then Xporter and he gets a pop-up box with 5 fields which will not allow hime to select anything and cant go any further.
I am baffled.
