I have created a kanban project  and changed the workflow. Now the users can’t see the Kanban board and the road map though they have required permissions. Appreciate if anyone could help.

When you created the Kanban board, did you use a specific filter query? If you used a custom filter query to setup the Kanban board, you might want to check if the users have the required permissions to this filter or the issues reported by the filter.

No its the default filter for all project members. I additionally created a group for the members and added a group wise filter as well. None of them seem to be working.

Anyway, thanks for the feedack.

You could try using the Permission Helper in Settings -> System -> Permission helper to determine what permissions might be missing.

On your Kanban board, create an issue and then use the Permission helper to specify an affected user, the new issue and then select 'Edit Issues' under the Permission drop down menu and then hit submit. Check to see what the result says.
