Users can't access Tempo boards

Krystian Szczesny November 13, 2013

I'm evaluating Tempo plugin, but I can't set it up to allow my users to view any of the boards.

Tempo Time Tracking permission is set to jira-developers, but none of them can access the boards. The only person who can is me - administrator.

What should I do to allow them to view the boards? Especially user and project boards.

Thanks

Susanne,

thanks for taking interest.

I was actually able to resolve the issue.

By default, tempo adds jira-developers to time tracking.

I forgot none of my users use this group.

After adding jira-users everything started to work fine.

Thanks again

Hi Krystian,

can you give me some more information about this problem. Which version of Tempo and JIRA are you using?

Do the jira-developers have the Tempo link in the header?

Can they access the user timesheet page and get the information "No access" or are they not even getting so far?

Do you get any error messages in your logs?

Best regards
