I have a a user, jannet@squareup.com, who is not receiving email notifications despite notification helper telling me she should receive them. I was wondering if you could check if her account has been added to the suppression list. Our jira instance is JIRA DC at jira.sqprod.co.

Hello Erik,
Confirm the following:
Can you send an email directly to the email address?
Is the address captured correctly in the persons profile in Jira
Enabled logging for email? (System > logging and profiling#Mail)
Notifications are placed on the email queue for this person.
Confirm what the account setting WRT emails are. (If you have the Scriptrunner plugin this will be useful)
Make sure there are no time outs etc when the email queue is processed.
Once you have done this, if nothing shows up you may need to reach out to the email administrators to assist
