User login not working for a specific user

User could login to Confluence. But when the same user tries to login to JIRA, an error is thrown (Image 1). The username and password entered by the user are correct. As an admin, I tried using the "Login as user" option. I could login to the user account, but couldn't see any projects, issues (Image 2).

Hi Mun! Confluence and Jira have different permission - Probably the user that is trying to login to Jira doesn't have the correct jira-software-user permission

Are you able to check if the user has the proper Jira permissions?
