User invite emails not being received

Good morning!

I was working in my test environment and I'm not getting email invites, even to my personal account.  

I also have a user trying to get an invite from another companies Jira instance, and its not being received either. 

Maybe a queue backed up somewhere?

Welcome to the community !

If you are not getting emails from Jira. You can try to check: https://YOURSITE.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa

and select the send me email notifications settings.Screenshot 2023-04-28 at 11.10.39 PM.png

If you are not getting email on your work email address please contact your IT team to check the blockage. Prior to that please ensure to check if the emails are landing to different folder due to the rules you may have set up in your inbox and Spam and Junk box. 

Hope the shared information would be helpful.

I'm the email admin...  nothing in my logs. Also tried inviting a yahoo.com address... nothing received there. 

Specifically these are new user invites... so preference shouldn't even matter at that point as they don't exist.
