User does not receive the invitation mail

I'm trying to add a user to Jira and my project. They are not receiving the invitation email. I have attempted multiple times, and the user has checked their email server and junk folders - neither of which seem to have issues or the invite email. What can I do now?

You can add the user manually to the necessary product or group. And then provide the user with the direct Jira URL (e.g., https://<your-site>.atlassian.net).

The user can log in using their Atlassian account or set one up if they don’t already have one.

Hi @Kirsten Maser ,

If the user is not receiving the invite even after sending it multiple times , you can check the following : 

Email Domain Restrictions: Ensure the user's email domain isn’t blocked or restricted by your organization’s email server settings.

Whitelist Atlassian Email Addresses: Ensure the following email domains are whitelisted in the user's email system:

 

  • @atlassian.com
  • @mail.atlassian.com
  • @em.atlassian.com

Hi @Harshit Grover ,
We added the whitelist email addresses and resent the email. The user has not received the email. What other options can we try?
