Hello,
One of our users reported not to be able to edit the fields on a transition screen.
It's not a condition, because he can see the transition / open the screen.
Another user with the same level of permission can edit the fields on the transition screen, so for me that also rules out a validator. As far as I know, the user has ever been able to do this, but it seemingly stopped working yesterday.
Does anyone have any ideas for other places to look? I also have a ticket open with Atlassian because I think maybe there is something wrong with the user. I don't have another explanation...
Thanks in advance for your help!
Check below points as well:
1. Issue security levels if any
2. User specific permission issue like Group Membership or roles in project
3. Permission scheme
4. Check whether user is active or not.
5. Also check any specific user/group post function configured in specific transition.
6. If its still not working clear cache and cookies, logout/login again then try to perform same.
Thanks,
RG
Thanks @RG , Atlassian told me to try with another browser, which worked. Thank you
