User can no longer access Jira using Google Chrome

User has been trying to get back into Jira from Google chrome since 4/27.  It had been working fine all along.

When they try to login to Jira from Google Chrome, they receive the following error. They checked the cookies setting and cleared their cache.

Hi @Dee Boulahanis welcome to the Atlassian Community.

  1. May I request you to try login to the incognito browser and check. That should solve your query.
  2. Try login to other system, browser's and check. If that resolves your issue, then your system IP might have changed or look for specific updates that might lead to this error. You should take the help of your internal IT team.
  3. Lastly, you may raise a ticket with Atlassian support at: https://support.atlassian.com/ if the above steps didn't worked out.
