Dear All,
Good Morning!
We want to add department, sub department and division to all users. We are using default Jira and Confluence and do not have any integration with Active Directory.
Please let us know how this can be achieved.
Note: I connected to Atlassian Administrator -> User Management -> Users. Here for each user I can add addition a property but there is no way to directly show these attribution in default view and add these attribution.

For the sake of information and user details, you can use the properties method to add key-value information to the user profile or edit the department details of your own user profile, that you can find by clicking in the User from any user picker field > View profile:
P.S: Those profile details can only be added by the user itself unless you have claimed your domain and the user is using a managed account.
Additionally, you can add project roles to your users (Developer, administrator, etc) to properly define which actions and permissions they are allowed to accomplish on your site. You can check a full explanation of these features in the documentation below:
