We have created some custom fields for admin reasons of our issues. Is it possible
to disable notification when admins are changing these custom fields. I can see that
you can trigger email notification if custom fields are changed. We want the oposite,
not sending emails. A bulk change has the option to disable notification however a
single edit as project admin or site administrator does not have that option list. Could
such an option not to send notifications for admins included in single issue edit ?

Not out of the box. You might be able to do it with scripting, but I don't know if that is allowed in the cloud. A work around is to create a transition only administrators can execute and put the fields on a screen only presented in that transition. Then remove the post function that fires the notification. also remove the fields from the edit screen. This won't work if you also want all users to be able to update them except at creation time on the create screen.
