Unable to transition issue after adding "Comment" field as validator for a transition

Hi,

I added the "Comment" field as required using validator for a transition in a particular workflow in one of my JIRA Company managed software projects. 

When I try to transition an issue, I get the "Transition Failed" error notification even after adding a comment to the particular issue.

I am guessing I have to figure out a way to add text to comment field while transitioning the issue. How do I accomplish this? Am I moving in the right direction?

When editing the workflow click on the transition and click edit

Then on the next pop-up in the 'screen' drop down choose comment screen

Do this will make the comment screen appear during the transition

Not sure if it will work buy try - 'Add Transition Screen' and add the Comment screen.

This will make it pop up while transition is taking place

This worked. I created a transition screen and added it to my transition. :)
