I have 7 staff in my team, I can see 5 of the members team in Kanban assigned tickets. For some reason, unable to see 2 members ticket and it is gone from the view.
But when I go to their assigned tickets, I can see ticket and assigned to them.
What possible reasons could be that only 2 staff members tickets do not show up in their assignee of the board.
Hi @Alagu Murugan Krishnan , it is possible that your board's filter is incorrectly excluding their tickets. Can you tell us if the project is company or team managed? If company managed can you check the board configuration's General configuration page and inspect the board filter? If you are unsure here please share a screenshot of your board.
