Unable to log time

I am unable to log time to ticket created by myself.

I created a ticket after getting access to project by admin. I am able to change status and options from details and more fields.

Still, I don't see option to add log time. I also tried it from timesheet screen. After selecting same ticket, it becomes red and "log time" remains disabled even after filling all fields.

I am also unable add log time to other tickets belongs to same project.

Please help me with the issue and guide me to get proper access from admin.

Hi @Saurabh Vibhute ,

probably you have not enough grants on the related project permission scheme.

Please take a look to the following guide in particular you need :

  • Work on issues : log time to a ticket
  • Transition issues : execute transitions
  • Edit issue : edit issue fields
