Unable to log into Jira except in incognito mode

I logged out of Jira and then tried to log back in on my Mac/Google Chrome bookmark and I accidentally transposed two letters in my login and now I get the Admin has denied your request and can't get back to the login screen.  I was able to successfully login in incognito mode but would rather figure out why/how I can get back to the login screen to enter my correct credentials.  I've tried clearing cache, deleted my cookie nothing work.

I would recommend clearing your cache/cookies and if you're using Chrome password manager, clearing any reference there as well.
