Unable to grab and drag a release in a Jira project

We have quite a few releases tee'd up in a project and we want to drag the Xero (2.11) release further down the page. When we try to do so it just won't budge. See the vid below:

The sorts on the releases are shown below:

The release could be dragged from the top of the page to its current position but no further. This isn't just limited to this release and it happens in all browsers.

Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Thanks for raising this here, I'm afraid I wasn't able to replicate the issue on our Cloud test instance nor this is a known issue.  Having said that, I've proceeded in raising a new support ticket for you in order for us to investigate this issue further.

Sharing the case solution from the support case here, this bug is affecting the UI: Release page with lots of versions: JSWCLOUD-17199: UI BUG Unable to reorder releases when it requires a scroll down on the page.

The temporary workaround is to Zoom out the page till you don't see the scroll bar anymore. Then, you will be able to reorder as releases on this page.
