Hello,

I have been waiting for a long time now, but neither the site nor the subscription in my billing disappears. And it's been more than 60 days. Can you take a look and check how to get rid of this subscription and the above mentioned site...? Thanks in advance.

Hello, Good day. Checking from my end this site still have Jira software free version active and the site was suspended only on Oct 13'th. Please create a ticket with billing team at : https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
