Unable to get list of projects, version of specific project using project Id or Key

Hello,

I tried to get list of projects using API: /rest/api/2/project

But I get empty list as response. i.e. []

Also, when I try to get specific project versions using project Id or Key using API: rest/api/3/project/{projectIdOrKey}/version

I get response like: No project could be found with…
