Unable to fetch the data as its showing undefined error in Dashboard

after getting access from dashboard admin i am not able to view the dashboard data. please help me with a quick resolution

Is it correct to assume that the person that shared the dashboard with you does see data when the view the board?

Assuming they do, there are a couple of points where your ability to see the data could be blocked.

The filters used in each of the gadgets on the board must also be shared with you.

And you must have the ability to see the issues that the filters reference.

Find out if those conditions are satisfied. If not, get those fixed and let us know the results.
