Unable to download backup file

I have created a backup in the backup manager. When I click on the file to download it I get an Authentication Required popup where my username/password is not recognised. 

What is the problem?

I'm having the same problem...and no answers.

Where you guys able to resolve this? I am having the same issue. Backing up data is very important, I can't believe they aren't looking at this yet.

Me too. Was working AOK last week, come this week, doesn't recognise credentials.

I have the same issue today October 24th, 2016. Please resolve this issue Atlassian.
