Unable to copy Workflow Schemes - Nothing happens

Hello all,
I am trying to process a request to customize a workflow. In doing so, I cannot edit the current workflow because it belongs to other projects as well. So I have to copy the existing workflow and its scheme, and associate them.
While trying this, I am able to copy the Workflow itself in Jira Admin, but cannot copy the Workflow Scheme. When clicking Copy, it takes me back to the top of the page and the copy is not created.
I have tried multiple browsers (Firefox and Chrome) and done a complete cache clear, and continue to have the same issue. Has anyone else run across this issue who might have some suggestions? Thanks!
