Unable to configure Deployment Feature in JIRA.

Edited

Hi Everyone,

I have been trying to Enable and Configure Deployments Feature in JIRA. The deployment feature is indeed enabled but it is stuck in the following last step:

Also, I will be using Azure DevOps release pipelines to report deployments statuses back to JIRA but I am unable to actually configure this feature in JIRA in the first place.

Does anyone has any idea about this? Or can guide how to overcome this?

Note: I am using Azure Pipeline for JIRA app to report deployment status to JIRA from Azure DevOps.

Thanks.

@Osama Abdul Ghafoor Try doing it this way (without the need for the plug-in)
Enable deployments | Jira Software Cloud | Atlassian Support

Hi @Curt Holley thanks for replying.
I have read this documentation but I still am unable to configure this feature properly and stuck on the last step as mentioned in the image above.
I am using Azure Pipelines for deployments and I have also configured my Azure Pipelines for JIRA app but still this feature is not getting enabled for me.

Hi @Curt Holley I was able to enable to this feature after I switched from from Bitbucket repo to Azure Repo.
Can you guide if I can use this feature with Bitbucket as repo and Azure DevOps for Deployments?

I'm not sure I can, to be honest @Osama Abdul Ghafoor I don't have a lot of experience setting these up.
But, what do you see when you click on "Troubleshoot your integration for" ?

Here is the Bitbucket "How to" Integrate Bitbucket with Jira | Atlassian Support

Deployments "How to" Enable deployments | Jira Software Cloud | Atlassian Support

@Curt Holley As I mentioned that I am successful in configuring this feature now.
I can see the deployments.
I see the deployments only when I have my Azure Pipelines connected to Azure repo but when I have my Bitbucket repo connected to pipelines then the deployments does not have any effect in JIRA issues.
I guess this is a limitation with Azure Pipelines for JIRA App:

Moreover, My JIRA is connected to Bitbucket as well.

Safe to say that not seeing bitbucket is a limitation of the Azure Pipelines for JIRA App
