Unable to close Jira's BUG

Hi,

Don't have the option to close the issue at all.

No close button appears or anything else (done...) that we can press to close the Jira.

We tried all different things to try and make these options appear but none do.

I've checked the Workflows and everything seem to be good and I'm also Jira admin myself so it isn't related to permissions issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Hofesh_aviv welcome to the community.  Check in the workflow for the done transition and ensure that there are not validators or conditions.  Check in your permission scheme for who has the resolve issues permission.
