Hello,
We were looking to use the Jira Software, but I was trying to link it to another organisational account so deleted it.
We would now like to reactivate it, but it is grayed out and says it is unavailable. I cannot seem to find a way to reactivate it...
Could someone from support do it?

So the link gives me two options, community or view documentation...
Sadly neither seem to help in this circumstance.
Is there anything I can do?

I assumed you were the admin. You need to be a site admin to raise a support ticket. So contact the admin to raise the support ticket.

Sorry I am the admin, but it looks like unless I am on the paid tier (we only have a small amount of jira users) it will not let me raise one...
