Unable to Retrieve Results Using Zephyr Squad API

Dear Support Team,

I am attempting to fetch results using the following Zephyr Squad API in Postman:

https://prod-api.zephyr4jiracloud.com/connect/public/rest/api/1.0/cycle/cycleId?versionId=&expand=&projectId=

However, I am not receiving the expected results. Could you please assist me in troubleshooting the issue?

Here are some details about my request setup:

• Authentication Method:  using Bearer Token
• Headers Used:
  • Authorization: Bearer <token>
  • Content-Type: application/json (if applicable)
• Query Parameters:
  • cycleId: 123
  • versionId: -1
  • projectId: 123

Could you confirm:

1. If the API endpoint and parameters I’m using are correct?
2. Any additional requirements or permissions needed to access this data?
3. If there are alternative ways to test this API successfully?
