Unable to Backup hosted JIRA db

We are currently tring to back up an old hosted version of JIRA so we can migrate to the cloud version. We are getting the following error:

  • An exception occurred backing up: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not find column 'JQL' in previously parsed query!

Steps to produce this are System> Backup System > Enter File name > Backup
