Unable to Access Jira Main Dashboard - 500 Internal Server Error

Hello Jira Community,

I'm experiencing an issue when trying to access the main dashboard in Jira. Every time I load the page, I receive a "500 - Internal server error." Here's the full error message:

Error message:

Something went wrong Try reloading the page, then check our Statuspage for any current outages. If there are no relevant outages, create a support request so we can help you out.

If I create a support request, I'm asked to include the following details:

Error type: 500 - Internal server error
Log reference: e3430646-2289-47a2-b62d-f31183e7f784

I've already tried refreshing the page multiple times and checked the Statuspage, but I couldn't find any relevant outages. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or could someone point me in the right direction on how to resolve it?

Were there any recent updates, customizations, or configurations done in Jira before the error started occurring?

Is it just this dashboard that will not load? Can you get to other places in Jira? Can you share a screenshot?
