We have been working with the service desk (On Demand ) for a while now, and it's been working fine up until yesterday we have some problems.
For the past two days there have been no new issues created by incoming emails from costumer with domain printecgroup.com.
I've been searching for a solution for several hours and I'm no closer to figuring this out.
Are you using JIRA mail handlers or Service Desk mail?
If you are using Service Desk email, you can just turn it off and re-enable. If you are using JIRA mail handlers, I recommend you to create an issue on support.atlassian.com so we can verify the logs.
