We have two confluence databases - one for the actual I.S. department, and one for the Computer Resource Center. We will be running two separate service desks for each part of the department in Jira. Is there a way to have the issues that we receive get information from both Confluence Knowledge Bases, or would we have to merge them?

On page I have mentioned above there is one workaround mentioned by one user in comment, you can give it a trial (it works for some users).
