Trying to pull data from Jira onto google sheets using ApiPheny. Is there an updated way to do it?

So basically, I'm trying to automate pulling data uisng ApiPheny, an api connector. On their previous walk through, they mentioned about creating a Jira app so you can use the api. Here is the link to that article:

Any tips on how I can fetch the data and show the correct name of custom fields as this data will be used in an AI chatbot.
