Trouble connecting our BI tool Qlik Sense to JIRA Cloud hosted by Atlassian

The process we followed to connect to JIRA Cloud is 

1. Created a shared mailbox linked to the Qlik Service Account

2. Added the Qlik service account to the JIRA AD Group which synced to Azure

2. Used the shared mailbox email address to try and logon at JIRA to generate the API token  , this is where we are failing . As soon as we try to logon using the shared email address created to logon , our organisations Single sign on automatically takes us to our profile and not the one linked to the service account 

 

We need to logon using the shared email address to generate the token 

The shared mailbox is linked to a service account which is whitelisted to breakout to the JIRA server
