Hello,

I'm using Bitbucket Cloud with Jira Cloud . I’ve noticed that the integration settings for connecting to Bitbucket seem to be missing in my project, and I can’t find a way to reconfigure them.

When a commit is merged from a feature branch into the main branch, the trigger isn’t activating, and I can't see any changes in the Jira Cloud logs. The last time this worked was back in June.

Has anyone experienced this issue or can suggest how to recheck or re-establish the Bitbucket Cloud connection in Jira Cloud?

It seems that I no longer have the settings available to manage the connection to Bitbucket.  it’s odd because I can’t seem to find an option to reconfigure it either, or maybe I’m just missing it.

I am using Pull request merged trigger

Hello, Good day. Go to Settings >> Products >> DVCS and make sure Bitbucket connection is working.

To see the development panel on Jira issue, go to project settings >> Permissions >> Make sure you have development data permission.

Also go to workflow and make sure trigger is configured. Thanks
