Hi,
Right now I am trying to automate Jira. In my setup I got 2 languages (Dutch default, English as option).
Now I try to make some automated comments when a ticket is on a specific status for X time. Now when I send some automated E-mail, I can translate it in the translations menu.
But when I try to add a automated comment, I can't translate it. But I prefer comments above e-mails because comment's are logged in a ticket, and a automated e-mail not.
Is there any way to translate the automated comments? Or am I restricted to automated e-mail's when I want to translate it.
Already thanks for thinking with me!
Hello Robert,
I have the same problem. Have you found a solution?
Thanks,
Hi Ombeline,
Never found a solution for this. Right now (because 99% of our customers are dutch) I just kept the automated e-mails/comments in Dutch.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You can use a JQL condition for this if needed. Not the best solution.. but it works.
