Translate from Japanese to English

Hope you all are doing well.

I want to know if there is a way to translate the text given in comments?

Example, some of our Jira comments are in Japanese, and if we need to get in English, we copy paste in Google translate. 

So i want to know if there is an inbuilt feature to translate to English within Jira itself.

I know there are a number of translation AddOns in the Atlassian Marketplace. Ex. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226752/issue-translation-for-jira-translate-to-any-language?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Also, I think you can use the AI functionality of your premium plan to do translations.
