Transfer a project from a free account to a another account

I have a free account for a couple of months with lots of project data.

Due to the succes (progress) the School has decided to buy a licence version, so a lot of project can profit. 

1. Can I transfer my project in the free account to the payed version?
2. Could you explain me what I have to do to transfer the project.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!!

Migration of projects is possible, You can use either the site Import method or Jira Cloud Migration Assistant(JCMA).

If your target instance doesn't have any data, I mean it's completely empty then you can use site import method.
But if your target instance is not empty then the JCMA would be the best option to do it.
