To Fetch metrics from the Jira dashboard

I have been doing some research on the Jira apis, I have to write a script to fetch metrics from the jira dashboard. I have to basically find the counts per column of the following metrics.

• New/In Analysis
• RF Dev
  • Avg Time in Column
• In Progress
  • Avg Time in Column
• RF PR
• In Review
• RF Test/UAT
• In Test / UAT
• RF Deploy
• Closed

Can anyone tell me what exact api call should I use to access these metrics.
