Timeline empty and unable to create epic

Hi everyone,

I created a new board which has an empty timeline. I am unable to create epics with the error, "You can only set epic links for issues on the Story level. Please check your hierarchy configuration settings."

I am unable to even add existing epics in timelines. How do i get epics to appear on my timeline?

Hello @Deepak Chhabria 

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information shows at the bottom of the panel on the left when viewing the project and also in the Type column on the "View all projects" screen.

What are the steps to reproduce your error? What screen are you on? What buttons do you click? What values do you select?
